Green beans in an Italian way

Ingredients
– 2 tablespoons of extra-pure olive oil
– 500 grams, soft green beans
– 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
– stone or sea salt

Preparation method
1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil.
2. Cut off both ends of the beans and cut or break them in half.
3. Put the green beans with a pinch of salt in the boiling water.
4. Cook them for 3 minutes until they are al dente.
5. Drain the green beans and immerse them immediately in a bowl of ice-cold water.
6. Drain immediately and blot the green beans with kitchen paper.
7. Put the green beans in a bowl, drip them with lemon juice and the olive oil.
8. Scoop everything together well and serve it at room temperature or cooled.
