Spaanse gazpacho

Ingredients for 4 persons
– 750 grams of ripe roma tomatoes
– 1 small cucumber
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 sweet pointed pepper
– 1 onion
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 lime
– Pepper and salt

Preperation method
1. Remove the hard part of the top of the tomatoes.
2. Peel the cucumber. Cut the tomatoes, the cucumber, the pointed pepper and the onion into small cubes.
3. Keep 1/4 of the cucumber pieces and paprika pieces separate.
4. Add the cucumber, the peppers, the onion and tomatoes together in a bowl.
5. Press two cloves of garlic and add this.
6. Add three tablespoons of olive oil.
7. Cut the lime through and squeeze out the mixture by hand.
8. Add a little pepper and salt.
9. Add 0.4 liters of water.
10. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until it becomes a smooth mass.
11. Add the remainder of the cucumber and the pepper pieces.
12. Then let the soup taste for several hours in the refrigerator.
