Red cabbage with apple syrup and pear

Ingredients for 2 persons
– 1 half red cabbage
– 2 pears
– 2 tablespoons of apple syrup
– 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
– 2 beef schnitzels
– 2 avocados
– pepper, salt, coriander
– olive oil

Preparation method
1. Cut the red cabbage into pieces.
2. Heat the coconut oil in a wok and add the red cabbage. Let it simmer for 15 minutes with a lid on the pan. Stirring occasionally. In the meantime cut the pears into pieces.
3. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the meat.
4. Cut the avocados into strips and sprinkle salt, pepper and coriander over them.
5. Spread the apple syrup and the pear slices over the red cabbage.
6. Make the plates.
