Green asparagus salad with walnut and feta

Ingredients
– 350 grams of green asparagus
– 180 grams of cherry tomatoes
– 50 grams of feta cheese
– 20 grams of walnuts
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
– pepper and salt

Preparation method
1. Fill the kettle and switch on.
2. Cut away about 4 cm from the bottom of the green asparagus.
3. Cut the rest into pieces of 4 cm and put in a large bowl.
4. Pour over the boiling water and leave it for 2 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes.
6. Drain the asparagus and put the tomatoes with the asparagus in the bowl.
7. Add the olive oil and season with pepper and a little salt.
8. Spread over two plates and crumble the feta cheese over it, divide the walnuts and finish with a dash of balsamic vinegar.
