Egg wraps

Ingredients for 4 wraps
– 5 eggs
– 3 tablespoons of almond flour
– 1.5 teaspoon of herbs to taste (eg paprika powder, or Italian herbs)
– Celtic sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
– coconut oil, for baking
Filling for 4 wraps
– avocado, in slices
– cucumber, in strips
– tomato, in parts
– mixed salad
– breakfast bacon, fried

Preperation method
1. Put all the wrap ingredients (except the coconut oil) in a bowl and whisk with a whisk.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 of the egg mixture.
3. Bake until the top is slightly cooked and then wrap the wrap with a spatula. This should be easy.
4. Repeat for the remainder of the batter.
5. Put the wrap on a plate and fill with avocado, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and bacon.
6. Roll up and feast!

You can also try the egg wraps with smoked salmon or minced meat and peppers.
