Chili con Carne without beans

Ingredients
– 250 gr minced meat
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 onion
– 1 winter carrot
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 0.5 tsp cumin
– 0.5 t oregano
– pinch of cayenne pepper
– 1 courgette
– 1 can of tomato cubes

 

Preperation method
1. Chop the onion and garlic.
2. Peel the carrot and cut into small pieces.
3. Cut the courgette into cubes.
4. Heat a pan over medium heat with some coconut oil.
5. Fry the garlic and the minced meat until it is tender.
6. Add the onion, herbs and carrot and cook for 8 minutes.
7. Add the zucchini and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Add the tomato cubes with a pinch of salt and stir well.
9. Turn down the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
