Cauliflower soup

Do not eat every day, but if you have half a cauliflower you should make it.
Easy and delicious

Ingredients

➞ 1 liter of water
➞ 2 chicken bouillon cubes
➞ 1/2 cauliflower
➞ 2 medium-sized potatoes
➞ 1/4 liter of milk
➞ 1/2 teaspoon curry
➞ pepper and salt

Preparation method
Bring the liter of water with the bouillon cubes to the boil and let it boil down a little.
Cut the cauliflower into the pieces with the stalk. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Let the cauliflower and potatoes boil in the boiling broth for about 20 minutes.

Purée the soup with the hand blender, or with the food processor to a smooth mass.
Stir 1/4 liter of milk through the soup (or more if the soup is too thick) and season with the curry and some pepper (possibly salt).
