Avocado with smoked salmon and egg

Ingredients for 2 persons
– 2 avocados
– 100 gr smoked salmon
– 4 eggs
– 10 gr of fresh chives
– Salt and pepper

Preperation method
1. Turn the oven on 200 degrees.
2. Cut the avocado in half and take out the pit and some meat.
3. Divide the salmon over the avocado halves and finally tap an egg.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the avocados in the oven, set them at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.
5. Chop the chives. Divide the avocado over two plates and garnish with the chives.

Nice and easy as breakfast. You will not be hungry until lunch because of the proteins from the salmon and eggs and the healthy fat from the avocado.
