Filled Cucumber

Ingredients for 6 pieces
– a cucumber
– salmon slices
– avocado
– carrots
For the sauce
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 3 drops of lemon juice

Preparation method
Cut the cucumbers into pieces of 5cm. Remove the peel with a peeler. Then hollow out the cucumbers but make sure that there is a bottom in it. Cut the carrots with a peeler and make small pieces of the avocado. Then fill the cucumber with pieces of salmon, avocado and carrot. To finish it off you can make a healthy mayonnaise. You do this by first mixing the sour ingredients and then adding the egg yolk. Mix this together and add the olive oil. The more olive oil, the thicker the sauce. Your dip mayonnaise is now ready.
