Summers baked fruit salad

Ingredients for 4 persons
– 1 pineapple
– 2 pears
– 2 oranges
– few sprigs of fresh mint
– 2 tsp agave syrup

Preparation method
Wash and peel any fruit (peeling is not necessary with the pear). Heat a grill pan or barbecue and grill the pieces of fruit for a few minutes. It looks extra nice of course when you see the grill stripes. Place a nice dish with the baked fruit and sprinkle with some extra agave syrup and fresh mint leaves.
