Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
– 250 grammes of viced organic chickpeas
– 1 clove of garlic
– Juice of half a lime or lemon
– 2 tablespoons of sesame seed tahini
– 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
– 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
– Freshly ground black pepper
– Snuff salt
– 1 dash of olive oil

 

Preparation method
The preparation is super simple. Grab your blender and mix all ingredients together. Note, use 2 tablespoons of the moisture of your viced chickpeas. Taste if the hummus is to your liking. Do you want it a bit spicier? Add some extra cayenne pepper or half a pepper. The homemade hummus is good for three to four days in the refrigerator.
