Salad from Hennie

Ingredients for 3/4 persons
– 1 crop of Dutch butter lettuce
– 4 tablespoons of olive oil
– 3 cloves of garlic
– pepper & sea salt
– 50 grams of walnuts
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Preperation method
1. Remove the outer leaves from the lettuce until the small head remains.
2. Tear the large leaves small and put everything into a bowl.
3. Press the tubers in a container.
4. Mix the garlic with the oil, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
5. Now also put the walnuts in the box with the dressing.
6. Pour the entire dressing over the lettuce and mix well.
