Tasty, fast and healthy!

Ingredients
– 450 grams of sweet potato
– 2 red peppers
– 1 red onion
– 100 grams of pickles
– 20 grams of butter
– pepper and salt

Preparation method
Peel the sweet potato into small cubes. Then bake them till they are brown in about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the onion, pepper and pickle. Then add them as soon as the sweet potato is ready and fry the mixture for another 5 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper to your liking.
