Healthy burger with rapeseed fries

Ingredients for 2 persons
– 4 large portobello (mushroom)
– 1 clove of garlic
– Organic minced meat (200-250gr)
– 1 onion
– 1 tsp. Sage
– sea salt / pepper
– 1/2 cucumber
– 1 tomato
– 1 avocado
– 1 swede

Preperation method
1. Cut the tomato, cucumber and avocado into strips or slices.
2. In a large bowl, mix the mince with a chopped onion and some pepper and salt. Also add 1 tsp of sage, if you do not like the taste, you can omit it. Mix everything well and divide the meat into 2 portions. Make 2 nicely shaped hamburgers.
3. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry portobello’s on both sides until golden brown. Do the same with the 2 hamburgers in another pan (about 8-10 minutes).
4. The portobellos will ‘sweat’ after about 8 minutes, you notice that they are as good as ready. Bake for about 10-15 minutes and then put 1 on a plate. Place a hamburger on the portobello and top it up with slices of tomato, cucumber and avocado. Cover with a second portobello. And ready is your Healthy Hamburger!

Also tasty with rapeseed fries! See the recipe below:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Peel the swede.
2. Cut the swede by half and then in thick slices. Now cut fries from the slices.
3. Put the fries in a large plastic bag and add the (coconut) oil. Turn the bag closed with enough air in it and shake everything together so that the oil is well distributed.
4. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the fries over it. Sprinkle with sea salt from the grinder to taste.
5. Fry the fries in about 40 to 45 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fries). Spoon the fries a couple of times during baking.
