Healthy carrot cake

Ingredients per person
– 1 cup of chilled herbal tea
– 20 grams of oatmeal
– 1 teaspoon of gingerbread spices
– 1 hand of raisins
– 1 banana (practiced)
– 2 carrots (grated)
– possibly cocoa powder

Preperation method
1. Mix all ingredients except the herbal tea in a dish
2. Pour the herbal tea over the mixture so that the mixture is wet without swimming in the herbal tea
3. Put the dish in the fridge for a few hours (at least 6 hours)
4. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder if necessary
5. It can be served both cold and hot
This carrot cake is a delicious way to eat your daily portion of vegetables faster.
