Frisee salad with figs

Ingredients for 4 persons
– 3 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
– 2.5 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
– 5 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 pop of frisee salad
– 225 grams medium to large pieces of roast chicken
– 8 fresh figs
– freshly ground black pepper and grotto sea salt
– 40 grams of chopped smoked almonds

Preperation method
1. Make the leaves of the frisee salad smaller.
2. Remove the stalks from the figs and cut them into quarters.
3. Put the shallot, vinegar and half a teaspoon of salt together in a large bowl and let stand for 15 minutes.
4. Then add the oil with a uniform stream. Keep stirring constantly.
5. Add the fresh salad, the chicken and a pinch of salt to the dressing and mix. Present this on the signs.
6. Then put the figs in the dressing bowl and add a good pinch of salt and pepper. Then put the figs on the salad and sprinkle with the almonds.
A fig is completely full of fiber!
