For whom is a Health Holiday suitable?

You will meet people of all ages, young people, very sensible people in their seventies who want to live life to the full, men and women, individuals and couples. Most of our guests travel alone. You will experience your super healthy and pleasant detox trip with like-minded souls. Whether you are ill, healthy, slim or well-rounded, everybody benefits from a detox. If you use medication, we do recommend that you consult your attending physician before booking and, if necessary, refer them to this website!

You are not obligated to participate in all of the activities. Of course, we do recommend that you do so for the best effect. Furthermore, we recommend that you continue the detox until the end of your juice fasting holiday and consume all the juices every day. If you decide not to consume all the juices, or if you consume them in a different way, that is your own responsibility.

Anyone who can walk without too much difficulty can take part. Customised programmes can be devised for people with a very poor physical condition. If you are unable to participate in all of the activities, you can still sign up for a Health Holiday. The detox does most of the work. Exercising, regardless of the frequency or the level, will intensify the cleansing and the revitalisation process.
